Pensions for Para-Military Forces Personnel: Para-military force personnel should rightfully receive pensions after ten years and forty days of service, mirroring a separate legislation for the para-military forces to supersede the CCS rules. This would ensure equitable treatment in service matters. Similar to the army, dedicated schools and colleges should be established for the children of para-military force personnel. We urge that para-military forces personnel also receive eighty days of leave annually, matching the privileges accorded to their counterparts in the army.
